Western Storm and WPA extend partnership
Western Storm are pleased to announce that we have extended our relationship with WPA Health Insurance.
The new three-year partnership will see WPA branding continue to feature prominently on the Western Storm match shirt, whilst their continued backing of the dedicated live stream of Storm fixtures at the Cooper Associates County Ground, will help take coverage of the women’s game to the next level.
Following the success of the partnership in 2022, the two organisations will once again collaborate on further wellbeing content in 2023 and beyond.
WPA, who have been based in the South West for 120 years, are already well known within the domestic game for their Principal Partnership with Somerset CCC.
Regarding the agreement, Somerset CCC Commercial Director, Caroline Herbert said: “We are absolutely delighted that WPA have chosen to extend their partnership with Western Storm. Their commitment will provide vital support and help continue the growth of women’s sport in the region and beyond.
“I have no doubt that we will build on the excellent relationship already in place in the next few years and we are proud to be an element of WPA’s continued pioneering approach.”
Mark Southern, WPA’s Sales and Marketing Director, added “We are thrilled to be extending our relationship with Wester Storm for the next 3 years. The interest in women’s cricket has grown exponentially over the last few years and we are delighted to support Western Storm and help them achieve their goals over the coming seasons.”
