Lauren, Alex, Niamh and Claire snapped up in The Hundred Draft

Lauren Filer, Alex Griffiths, Niamh Holland and Claire Nicholas were all snapped up the the official draft for The Hundred.

Lauren Filer was selected by Manchester Originals whilst Niamh returns to London Spirit where she links up again with Storm teammates Heather Knight and Dani Gibson.

Claire and Alex will once again represent Welsh Fire.

Sophia Smale was retained by Oval Invincibles.

The Hundred Draft, powered by Sage, took place at The Shard on Wednesday  evening with each team taking it in turns to select domestic and overseas players to complete their squads.

The Hundred’s fourth year gets underway at The Kia Oval on Tuesday July 23 with an Oval Invincibles v Birmingham Phoenix double-header – the first of 68 games that promise world class men’s and women’s sporting action, live music, and a host of family-friendly entertainment.
