Sophie, Fran, Nat, Katie and Ellie named in wildcard selections

Sophie Luff, Fran Wilson, Nat Wraith and Katie Jones have all been named in the Vitality wildcard selections for this season’s Hundred.

The Vitality Wildcard Draft took place today with 32 players being drafted into The Hundred off the back of their stand-out form in the Charlotte Edwards Cup.

It leaves all eight teams in The Hundred, across both the women’s and men’s competitions, with full squads with just under 50 days to go until the first game gets underway at The Kia Oval.

Western Storm Captain, Sophie has been selected by Southern Brave alongside Storm teammate Katie.

Fran has been snapped up by Birmingham Phoenix, whilst Nat will represent Trent Rockets.

Ellie Anderson, who is currently on loan at Storm, has also been selected and will appear for London Spirit.
