Vacancies: Regional Talent Manager & Performance Analyst
Western Storm currently have two vacancies available:
Regional Talent Manager
Are you passionate about helping young players reach their potential?
Are you interested in talent identification and development?
Are you qualified to a minimum of UKCC2 (or international equivalent) and have demonstrable experience working with young cricketers?
Are you innovative, with high levels of energy and enthusiasm for developing the female game and the people within it?

Performance Analyst
Are you passionate about helping players reach their potential?
Are you motivated by helping players and coaches find their performance edge?
Do you have a Bachelors or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a sports performance field?
Do you have experience of providing performance analysis support to a sports team and have a sound understanding of professional cricket? Are you proficient working with a number of different IT packages?
